My Story…
Born and raised in Bozeman, MT, my passion for capturing moments began with an impulsive decision after high school. With all my graduation funds, I invested in a Canon DSLR to capture and document my favorite extreme sport - snowboarding. What started as a hobby quickly blossomed into a deep-seated fascination with photography and filmmaking.
While pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at MSU, I supported myself by filming weddings and crafting promotional videos for businesses. One particular wedding on New Year’s Eve 2014, there was a cute bridesmaid that caught my eye and we flirted all day long. I asked her on a date 2 days later and within 2 years we were married. But don’t worry, that won’t happen again.
Despite two years working in my field of study after college graduation, I found myself yearning for the creativity from behind the lens. In 2017, I took a leap of faith, transitioning into freelance filmmaking while helping start MTNTOUGH Fitness, a venture that allowed me to blend my passion for storytelling with entrepreneurial spirit.
Today, I am privileged to serve as the Creative and Product Director at MTNTOUGH Fitness, where I continue to harness my creative vision. Yet, I’m still drawn to the art of wedding filmmaking, where I find joy in documenting the profound commitment couple make to each other in Bozeman and beyond.
From capturing intimate moments against the backdrop of Montana's mountains to crafting cinematic narratives that celebrate life's most impactful milestones, I love the work I am give the opportunity to do, and will always work my hardest to see it done to the best of my ability. I am grateful for each chance to blend artistry with purpose, creating films that resonate deeply with those who entrust me with documenting the biggest days of their lives.
